Tips
  • Keep refrigerated.
  • Soy milk that has been continuously refrigerated will usually remain drinkable for about 7-10 days after the date on the package.
  • If milk develops an off odor, flavor or appearance, it should be discarded.
  • Freeze in airtight container and leave at least 1/2 inch headspace at the top, as milk will expand when frozen; thaw in refrigerator.
  • Frozen soy milk may lose some of its texture and visual appeal; the thawed milk will be best suited to cooked dishes.
  • Freezer time shown is for best quality only— foods kept constantly frozen at 0° F will keep safe indefinitely.
