Tips

  • To store fresh savory: Wrap in a damp paper towel and place in a plastic bag in the refrigerator.
  • To freeze fresh savory: (1) Wash, trim and chop the savory; (2) Allow to dry thoroughly; (3) Once dry, place in heavy-duty freezer bags or freeze in ice cube trays with a small amount of water, then transfer to freezer bags.
  • Freezer time shown is for best quality only - foods kept constantly frozen at 0°F will keep safe indefinitely.
